The reason the company was started by the founder Jalen Wilbert is that he went through the process alone once he lost his father unexpectedly. Jalen is the only child and once his father passed away, he didn’t know what to do especially since his father passed so suddenly. After his father had passed since he was the only child, all eyes were on Jalen. The questions started to come on what he wanted to do with certain properties his father had from his father’s home, car, clothes, and personal belongings. Going through the process Jalen started to realize how stressful the process can be. After months had went by, for Jalen it seem like the process was taking years to be completed. If he had a better understanding of everything that he needed and just somebody that can guide him throughout the process, it would have made things much easier. So that’s why he started probate problem solvers, to help others navigate through the process so they won’t have to be stressed and even lost when going through these difficult times.
